Authentica is the stage name of Martina Menichetti, an Italian-Luxembourgish singer, songwriter and multi-instrumentalist who blends folk and global traditional music with an energetic stage presence. Her music serves as a cultural bridge, introducing Luxembourg’s folk music to international audiences. Martina explores ancient tunes, stories and legends with a contemporary perspective and the skillful use of various languages. Her sound is influenced by Celtic, Latin, and Mediterranean music, vibrating with the sounds of powerful vocals, flutes, keyboards, guitars, and percussion that get the crowd dancing.


Martina has performed with artists like Carlos Núñez, Dan Ar Braz, Anxo Lorenzo, she was a member of the band Dullemajik and has performed on stages like Celtic Connections Festival at the Royal Concert Hall in Glasgow UK, at the Luxembourg Philharmonic Concert Hall, TEDx, and Zeltik Celebration, opening for artists like Sharon Shannon, Mànran, Skipinnish, Startijenn, Gwennyn and Red Cardell.
