Discover the new face of modern folk music with a vibrant concert and jam session event
On Friday, 17 October 2025 at 19:30, Luxembourgish-Italian singer, songwriter, and multi-instrumentalist Authentica (Martina Menichetti) will perform at the Philharmonie Luxembourg.
An energetic performer and cultural storyteller, Authentica brings the heritage of Luxembourg’s folk songs and dances into new contexts. Blending influences from Celtic, Latin, and Mediterranean music, she reimagines ancient tunes, stories, and legends through a contemporary lens, creating a sound that bridges cultures and resonates with audiences worldwide.
The concert will feature new original songs alongside reimagined folk pieces, performed with Authentica’s full band. After the show, the evening will continue with drinks and an open jam session, celebrating community and the joy of spontaneous music-making together.

Le vendredi 17 octobre 2025 à 19h30, la chanteuse, auteure-compositrice et multi-instrumentiste luxembourgeoise-italienne Authentica (Martina Menichetti) se produira à la Philharmonie Luxembourg.
Artiste énergique et véritable conteuse culturelle, Authentica fait voyager le patrimoine des chants et danses folkloriques luxembourgeois vers de nouveaux horizons. En mêlant des influences celtiques, latines et méditerranéennes, elle réinvente des airs anciens, des récits et des légendes à travers une approche contemporaine, créant un son qui relie les cultures et touche le public bien au-delà des frontières.
Au concert à la Philharmonie présentera de nouvelles compositions originales ainsi que des pièces traditionnelles réarrangées, interprétées avec son groupe au complet. Après le concert, la soirée se poursuivra autour d’un verre avec une jam session ouverte à tous, une célébration de la communauté et de la joie de créer la musique ensemble, spontanément.

Am Freitag, den 17. Oktober 2025 um 19:30 Uhr, tritt die luxemburgisch-italienische Sängerin, Songwriterin und Multiinstrumentalistin Authentica (Martina Menichetti) in der Philharmonie Luxemburg auf.
Mit großer Bühnenenergie und feinem Gespür fürs Erzählen bringt Authentica das Erbe luxemburgischer Volkslieder und Tänze in moderne Kontexte. Ihre Musik verbindet Einflüsse aus keltischer, latin und mediterraner Musik und lässt alte Melodien, Geschichten und Legenden in einem modernen Licht neu aufleben - ein Sound, der Kulturen verbindet weit über die Grenzen Luxemburgs hinaus.
Das Konzert in der Philharmonie präsentiert neue eigene Songs neben neu arrangierten traditionellen Stücken gespielt mit Authenticas kompletter Band. Im Anschluss an das Konzert findet eine Jam-Session für alle statt, ein Fest der Gemeinschaft und der Freude am spontanen gemeinsamen Musizieren.
